Living Edge does #CWID16

Living Edge pulled out all stops for Contemporary Wine In Design earlier this month. Here’s a few of our highlights!

The Living Edge showroom was a-buzz all day for Contemporary Wine In Design earlier this month. Drawing crowds from all over Perth, the team at Living Edge certainly know how to throw a party – and boy, weren’t we happy to be able to see it all in action!

One stand out for the day was certainly the presence of David Caon of Caon Studios. Such an established name in A+D from Sydney to London, Paris to Milan and any number of other international destinations in between, Caon’s impressive portfolio of designs and collaborations was on everyone’s lips as he presented a selection of his latest offerings to attendees at the Living Edge showroom on the day.

Irrespective of one of A+D’s biggest names today being in attendance, of an equal degree of impressiveness was the presence of Vasse Felix too. Thanks to this premier Margaret River winery, the Vasse Felix vintage is characteristically robust, nuanced and speaks to every bit of this vineyard’s pristine isolation between twin oceans. Couple this, however, with the impressive Libreria del Vino by the Australian-bound, Italian-based brothers behind Elite, To Be, a veritable library of WA’s finest in wine was reflected in WA’s finest in design as well. After a day that was surely jam-packed with demonstrations, discussions and debate, the Living Edge team truly catered to our desires for a little bit of a rest and a sip in the welcoming shadow of the Libreria del Vino. Thanks to the Stellar Works pop-up wine lounge, throughout the day Living Edge proved to be a destination across Perth to put your feet up and treat yourself (even only if for just a little while).

Contemporary would like to thank the team at Living Edge for helping to bring Perth’s biggest design event of the year to life. Be sure to pop in to visit them today – you won’t be disappointed!
